PT Kekar Plastindo was established in 1992 as the first Industrial Packaging manufacturers in Indonesia. In 2010 the company was acquired by PT Panca Budi Group and became PT Polytech Indo Hausen.

PT Polytech Indo Hausen is a subsidiary of PT Panca Budi Idaman that has been supplying to local and international markets which include Australia, Europe, and North America, with variety of LDPE (low-density polyethylene) & LLDPE (Linear low-density polyethylene) for almost two decades. PIH’s annual production capacity of 8,000 metric tons is produced using high quality European machineries that is supported by a reliable raw material supply chain.

PT Panca Budi Idaman as the holding company was founded in 1979 by Mr. Djonny Taslim. It first started selling and distributing plastic bags, the company then expanded its operation by having production lines of ready use plastic bags in Tangerang, Banten.

In 1990, PT Panca Budi Idaman  became a limited company and ventured to ready to use plastic bags manufacturing.

In 2017, PT Panca Budi Idaman listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as PT Panca Budi Idaman Tbk.

PT Panca Budi Idaman Tbk currently has 7 factories throughout Indonesia, in Tangerang, Medan - North Sumatra and Solo - Central Java. In 2018, the company increased its global expansion by establishing a new production facility in Johor Baru, Malaysia.
